ACCEPTANCE AND SERVICE
These Terms govern your use of YourFarmStats (YFS), operated by GreensShare LLC. By creating an account or using YFS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use YFS on behalf of a farm or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND FARM ACCESS
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for choosing who to invite to a farm and for assigning appropriate roles and financial access. Do not attempt to access another person's farm records, interfere with the service, or use YFS for unlawful content or activity.
FARM RECORDS AND DECISION SUPPORT
You are responsible for the records you enter and for your farm decisions. Weather, reminders, recommendations, comparisons, planning windows, and task priorities are practical aids only. They may be incomplete or wrong and do not replace direct observation, professional advice, veterinary care, pesticide directions, safety procedures, or financial or legal advice.
PLANS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
Core records remain available on the plan described in YFS. Paid features, prices, billing intervals, trials, and any founding offer are presented before checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. You must cancel an active subscription through Billing before deleting your YFS account, so you do not lose access to the billing portal. Any refund, credit, or billing question should be sent to the billing contact listed on the Contact page.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
YFS is an evolving service. We may maintain, update, suspend, or change features to protect users or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular farm result, or that every record or recommendation will be error-free. Keep independent backups appropriate to your operation.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent misuse, comply with law, or operate the service. You may stop using YFS at any time. Account deletion and shared-record retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
